Store Hours:

The last seating to paint is one hour before the posted closing time. Painting stops 15 minutes before the posted closing time.

  • Monday: Closed

  • Tuesday: Closed

  • Wednesday: 12-7 pm

  • Thursday: 12-7 pm

  • Friday: 12-7 pm

  • Saturday: 12-7 pm

  • Sunday: 12-4 pm

How Long Does Pottery Take: Please allow 2 weeks for your item to be glazed, fired, and ready for pick-up! We will notify you via text when your pottery is ready! Due to limited storage capacity, all finished pieces needs to be picked up within 3 months from the date they were painted, as printed on your purchase receipt. After 3 months unclaimed pottery is considered abandoned and will be donated.

Unfinished Projects: We do not hold or store any unfinished project(s) in the studio. We Do offer Work in Progress Forms which allow customers to finish projects at a later time. Customers are responsible to take it home and may return to finish painting at their preferred date/time. Due to the fragile nature of ceramics, we are not responsible for any breakage or damage once ceramics leave our studio.

Forms of Payment: Payment in full is required at the time of check-out or in advance in the case of deposits, class registrations, or special order pottery. We accept cash, CASH APP, Apple Pay, and major credit cards- MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. We accept personal checks with a state ID.

Breakage: Due to the fragile nature of pottery (ceramics), we are not responsible for any breakage or damage once ceramics leave The Pigeon & The Hen Pottery Studio.
