$50 deposit due at the time of booking to confirm your party.

How do I book a party?
Please fill out a party registration form below and the party host will call to confirm availability for the date and time of the parties.
Available for kids turning 6 and up.

Birdie Basic Package
Price: $225 (ACRYLIC ONLY and GLITTER)
$225 for 8 painters (including the birthday child)
1 pottery item for each painter $20 each
$15 for each additional painter over 8 painters (includes pottery)
(acrylic paint with GLITTER is not food or liquid safe, kids will take home projects the same day)
Each item will be individually wrapped in separate bags.
Extraordinaire
Package
Price: $275 (acrylic or glaze)
$275 for 8 painters (including birthday child)
1 pottery item for each painter $25 each
$20 for each additional painter over 8 painters (includes pottery)

Glaze Paint (food and liquid safe)- items will be ready in 7-10 business days. Parents are responsible for delivering items to their guests.

Price $325 (acrylic or glaze)

Frequently Asked Birthday Party Questions
Can I make a reservation for a small group to have a birthday party in the main studio? Yes, of course! Make a reservation via tableagent. However— we do NOT allow cake, presents, balloons, etc. in our main studio and we can only reserve space for painters.
While you will not be able to host a full party in the main studio, if the birthday child and a few friends want to come and paint one afternoon and then go home for pizza and cake after, then that is totally fine.
If you have a group of 8 or more, we strongly recommend booking the party area!
Do parents of party guests have to stay? All our regular parties are “drop off” parties — up to two adult hosts may stay in the room, but guests’ parents will not be able to stay.
What do kid’s parties include? All parties include everything needed for the creation portion of the party, use of our fun party area, and a dedicated Potterista to assist with your party! The first hour of the party is dedicated to painting and instruction. The last 30 minutes is for food and presents!
**Host may bring their own cake, pizza, drinks, etc. We can offer non-themed paper products, but recommend purchasing your own if a theme is desired.
What is your refund policy? No refunds on birthday parties and events.
Due to the Holiday Season, We do not book kids birthday parties November 9th - January 17th. January 18th birthday parties for kids resume. YAY!
